Breaking Barriers to Preventive Care
We improve public health outcomes by delivering free, accessible, and preventive health services—both physically and digitally—to first responders, military personnel, and underserved populations who face significant barriers to care. Through a unique combination of mobile medical units and mobile phone-based technologies, Mobile Health Alliance offers CT scans, population health risk assessments, health education, and ongoing engagement to individuals who often lack access to early detection services due to geography, cost, or systemic inequities.
What We Do.
Digital Outreach.
Maximum Impact.
Mobile Health Alliance combines physical mobile health units with mobile phone technology to deliver:
- Deploy state-of-the-art mobile medical units to provide free CT scans and diagnostic screenings in hard-to-reach and underserved communities.
- Use mobile phone–based technologies to deliver digital education, risk screening tools, appointment reminders, and follow-up care coordination directly to individuals’ devices.
- Partner with public agencies, fire departments, military networks, and community health organizations to organize outreach events and optimize patient reach.
- Collect de-identified population health data to support research, inform public health policy, and advance preventive care.
- Build a connected health experience by bridging real-world clinical diagnostics with digital tools that foster continuous care and engagement.
Mission Statement
Mobile Health Alliance is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to delivering free, mobile-first healthcare services to those who serve and those too often left behind. Whether through a CT scan in a mobile health unit or a health risk screening sent directly to a mobile phone, we are reimagining access to preventive care. Our mission is to eliminate the barriers of geography, cost, and complexity by bringing diagnostic testing, health education, and continuous digital connection to first responders, military personnel, and underserved populations nationwide.
The Challenge We’re Solving
Thousands of firefighters, police officers, veterans, and low-income Americans face barriers to essential diagnostics like CT scans—leading to late diagnoses, preventable health crises, and rising healthcare costs.
The Challenge
- 70% of underserved populations lack regular access to diagnostic care
- 1 in 3 first responders has a condition that goes undiagnosed until it's too late
- Rural and underfunded urban areas have the fewest diagnostic resources
Our Solution
- Mobile CT Scanning Units: Deployed directly to community sites, stations, or military bases.
- Risk-Based Health Assessments: Screenings for cardiovascular, respiratory, and cancer-related risks.
- Mobile Phone Engagement: Health education, appointment follow-up, and condition-specific resources delivered via text or app.
Why It Works
- Clinically proven tools
- Partnerships with fire departments, veterans’ groups & public health agencies
- Digital + Physical outreach = double the reach and impact
Free Mobile CT Scanning Services
Mobile Health Alliance will operate and deploy mobile medical units throughout underserved communities in partnership with local fire departments, military bases, and public health organizations. These units will deliver free, on-site CT scans and diagnostic services, helping detect conditions such as cancer, cardiovascular issues, and respiratory diseases in high-risk individuals who otherwise would not have access to such services.
Risk-Based Population Health Assessments
In addition to CT scans, we will provide a variety of health screenings and assessments, including blood pressure, cholesterol, lung health, and mental health risk screenings. These assessments are designed to support early detection and intervention for preventable or manageable health conditions.
Digital Health Education via Mobile Devices
Mobile Health Alliance will leverage mobile phone technology to distribute medically vetted, culturally relevant health education materials to individuals and communities we serve. This will include interactive messaging, health literacy tools, appointment reminders, and follow-up recommendations tailored to individuals’ screening results.
Public Health Data Collection (De-Identified)
With appropriate consent, Mobile Health Alliance will collect de-identified population health data to support public health surveillance and research efforts in partnership with academic and public institutions.
Partnerships and Outreach
We will work closely with:
- Local and state public health departments
- Veteran and military organizations
- Police and firefighter unions
- Community-based nonprofits and health coalitions
These partnerships will help us identify high-need populations and coordinate events that maximize community participation and impact.
